    Individual Sessions are if coaching is just for YOU. One of sessions can allow support on a specific issue or as a one-off deep dive into your current challenges. These sessions provide clarity and actionable steps but are not necessarily designed for ongoing transformation.

    You may still choose multiple sessions, but pay as you go to create more transformation.

    The 10-session package offers a comprehensive approach to transformation, allowing us to work deeply and consistently on your goals. With this extended time together, we can tackle complex challenges, reprogram limiting beliefs, and build the tools you need for lasting growth in your self-worth, confidence, and relationships. This package provides the space to explore your journey at a deeper level, ensuring sustainable, long-term change.
